The emphasis of the fundamental class is a skill development and exposure to basic movements. The fundamental class will prepare you for the ongoing group classes. Technique will be the main focus to ensure safety and success at the next level. Along with technique, you will gain an understanding of increased intensity. The fundamental class is held over 12 sessions, which is intended to last no longer than 1 month.

You don’t have to get in shape before starting. CrossFit is about personal progression and learning how to move your body safely, efficiently, and becoming stronger and faster.
Every workout is scalable to your fitness level, and you can be the judge of how hard you work. We present the challenges, its up to you to push yourself. (we can help if you’d like)

The daily workouts are constantly varied, functional movements performed with an appropriate intensity to match the athlete’s ability level. Workouts vary from day to day and are designed to provide a broad base of general physical preparedness.
Athletes will see improvements in all 10 components of fitness: cardiovascular, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Athletes will track their progress so they can follow their growth and progression on the path to health and fitness. Each class starts with a warm up lead by the coach. Strength cycle and skill/technique work is followed after the workout of the day (WOD).
All of our coaches offer one on one work and we strongly recommend that you take full advantage of it if you feel like you would like extra attention or specific focus on movements to get you to the next level. Contact for more information regarding costand scheduling.
CrossFit is a back-to-basics strength and conditioning program. A program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and all-inclusive. It combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in Workouts of the Day (WODs) to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. We don’t use isolation machines or treadmills we employ dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, olympic lifting, pull up bars, joint mobility, tires, running, complex conditioning, agility drills, plyometrics, rowing, and just about anything else that will increase strength and freedom in your everyday movements. CrossFit movements are functional and based on the natural movements of human beings. In a nutshell, our specialty is not specializing.
That’s great and all but can I do it? Is CrossFit for me? It looks really hard!
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with health issues and high level competitive athletes. We scale load and intensity we don’t change programs. We constantly vary the exercises, sets, reps, durations and intensity to provide the maximum stimulus for our clientele. It’s not easy, it will challenge you, but that is what makes it worth doing.
